Yes. Bhuka runs inside your Shopify admin and uses your Shopify checkout, so bookings and payments sit with the rest of your orders.
By card at your checkout, or by bank deposit. A bank deposit booking holds the seat for 48 hours. The banking-details email you send has a Pay by card button too.
They only see the start dates that are left and pay for those sessions. In the demo, start Wheel Throwing on 27 Oct and it costs R 1,800 for 6 of 8 sessions.
Yes, on the classes where you allow it: half when they book, the rest on a due date. Bhuka emails the payment request on the day. You choose after how many sessions Pay in 2 closes.
Add them in Bhuka in under a minute. The seat comes off the website and the student is on the class list with everyone else.
A booking pack with the class details, a calendar invite and your class WhatsApp group link. Then a reminder two days before the first session, and a thank-you with your Google review link three days after the last one.
